Focus tracker

A focus tracker that shows where your hours actually go

Most time trackers count hours at the desk. This one counts focused hours — every deep work and Pomodoro session, tagged, rated, and added up by day, week, month and year.

Every session, logged automatically

Start the timer and the session is recorded on its own: what you set out to do, how long you actually focused, and when. Stop early and only the time you worked counts. Pomodoro cycles log each focus interval separately, so breaks never inflate your numbers.

After a session you can rate it and add a note — useful for noticing which times of day, places and kinds of work give you your best focus.

Tags that roll up

Tag a session with a project, a client, or a type of work. Tags can be nested, like work:client or writing:essay, and the statistics roll them up: you see the total for work, and how it splits across each client underneath.

Statistics in plain numbers

  • Hours per day, on a chart with a labelled hour axis — no guessing what a bar means.
  • Weekly, monthly and yearly totals, with your average per active day.
  • Hours by tag, so you can see which projects actually get your attention.
  • Recent sessions with times, so you can spot your natural focus hours.

Goals and habits

Set a target for focused hours per week, month or year and watch the progress bar fill. Alongside it, track daily habits — exercise, reading, a shutdown ritual — with current and longest streaks.

Built to stay out of the way

The timer works the moment the page loads, no account needed. Sign up for free only when you want your sessions saved. There are no ads, and focus mode hides everything except the clock. It is a timer first, and a tracker quietly in the background.
